FAQs

Are you hiring oversas? Where is my ad manager from?

We are all US-based managers. We are not hiring people overseas and giving them direction. While we believe there is nothing inherently wrong with this, it's just not our practice.

Okay, but - how do you do all this? How are you staying open?

We are a group of fast, flexible expert ads managers who in most cases have well over 10 years of experience. Because we know our ad platforms as well as we do, we can keep our costs down. All our ad managers are expert vetted and accustomed to dealing with US-based clients. We have a fast, flexible, proprietary system we won't share with anyone, and we get the job done.

Do you have a cancellation fee?

We don't. We ask for a 14 day cancellation notice, but there is no cancellation fee.

What types of ads do you handle?

We handle Facebook, Google or Bing on our Cub Plan (you can choose one or we'll pick for you). On our Big Bear plan we can also handle native or programmatic ads.

Do you have a set-up fee?

We typically charge $99 for our setup, but we are waiving this for a limited time.

Do you integrate with Call Ads?

On our Big Bear Plan, yes. We are happy to work with your call tracking provider or recommend one.

Do You Also Service YouTube and Instagram?

Yes, absolutely! We consider these part of Google/Facebook ads.

Are there any types of businesses you won't work with?

We won't advertise anything Google or Facebook have limited or banned on their ads platform or the following: Alcohol or drugs, including legal intoxicants, pharmacy, firearms, credit repair, crypto, poker or online gambling, adult items, or political information.

AdsBear is a Division of Amberlytics.
